Berlin: Paint it white
Today a painter dropped by to inspect the damage the leakage of new years eve has done. He was shocked to see the brown spots on the walls and ceiling and advised me to start a legal process to get compensated for the material damage. The letters to my lawyer already left my desk a week ago. I hate disputes over money and dealing with big bureaucratic corporations, but in this case I think I will have to push it through.
