Leipzig: Brown Sugar

The New York Times Podcast is one of my favorite places on the web. Today they published a podcast on heroin addiction in the Maldives. It reminded me of the Dutch way of dealing with heroin addiction. On the website ikgebruik.nl (sponsored by the Dutch government) they explain users how to put a shot of brown sugar. I guess there’s only one way of using drugs safely, not using them or at least only enjoy what’s natural.
