Berlin: Wisdom
In the plane back to Berlin, an elderly lady sat down next to me and started to talk. She was on her way to her son, who has been living in Berlin for 10 years now. He visited her a lot of times over the last years, but now it was her turn to visit him and his family. Totally excited she was, 76 years old and taking the second flight of her life. When I told her I fly almost on a weekly basis, she started to laugh and said: “Flying for humans is un-natural, you should try to cut your flights back and only fly when it’s absolutely necessary.” That’s some true old peoples wisdom.
