Berlin: Bad Place

Today in the train I watched Ramon Gieling’s movie Tramontana, which is a beautiful and well made picture. It’s a love story, set in the thrilling and windy country side of Spain. I have met Gieling last tuesday at my favorite hangout “De Engelse Reet” in Amsterdam. We talked about life in the arts, our relationship with The Netherlands and movies. When I went to the bar to pay, the bartender said: “Nice you can drink with your father, on a tuesday afternoon!”
