Berlin: Hollywood
Lazy sunday, so enough time for cooking big meals, doing mixes for new songs, planning my travelling and reading the newspaper. The New York times made a nice profile on mega hollywood producer Joel Silver, who produced “Lethal Weapon,” “Die Hard” and other big films, but who’s now waiting and working for his next big hit. And in America waiting for your next big hit means waiting for a very long time. I would love to hang out and work in Hollywood for a while, not to write, direct or play in a movie, but just to see how things actually work overthere on the business side. When they gossip as much as I think they do, the actual lifespan of me in a job in Hollywood will be 2 months. It’s a fascinating world.
